Scent and the City

The “Scent and the City” exhibition, which centered around and told the stories of the various scents of Anatolian civilizations and cultures from ancient times, was presented in partnership with Koç University Vehbi Koç Ankara Research Center.

The exhibition attracted great attention and allowed visitors to explore the world of scent that ancient Anatolian civilizations once experienced. Alongside scents such as coffee, mint, and cologne that are predominant in our society today, many other scents like saffron, amber, and frankincense that carry the remnants of the past were available for visitors to explore.
