World-renowned pianist Gülsin Onay inaugurates the new season of the Music at the Museum Tuesday Concerts. As part of the “Gifted Children Program,” she studied with Ahmet Adnan Saygun and Mithat Fenmen, and later graduated from the Paris Conservatory with the Premier Prix du Piano. Onay is one of the rare artists in Turkey to hold the title of state artist. Internationally recognized for her interpretations of Chopin, she is also a recipient of the Polish State Medal and serves as a principal soloist with the Presidential Symphony Orchestra. For the season opener, Onay will perform a special repertoire of works by Frederic Chopin on the Erimtan Museum stage.
