About the Artists
Gennaro Cardaropoli, recognized as one of today's finest young Italian talents, was born in 1997 in Salerno. At the age of 9, he performed in front of Pope Benedict XVI at the Vatican's Nervi Hall. He graduated with honors from the Avellino Domenico Cimarosa Conservatory. At the age of 17, he was awarded the First Prize at the Arthur Grumiaux International Violin Competition. He is currently studying under Maestro Silvia Marcovici and teaches at the Salerno "Giuseppe Martucci" Conservatory. He lives in Rome and plays the Pietro Guarneri, Venice 1735 former Francisco Costa violin, thanks to the privilege of the Milan Pro Canale Foundation. Cardaropoli won the "YOUNG ARTIST OF THE YEAR 2022" award given by a jury of 17 members from many European countries.

Alberto Ferro, born in Italy in 1996, received his master's degree (2018) at the "Vincenzo Bellini" State Conservatory of Music in Catania under the guidance of Prof. Epifanio Comis. He has also participated in piano masterclasses organized by renowned pianists such as Leslie Howard, Elisso Virsaladze, Joaquín Achúcarro, Richard Goode, Boris Berezovsky, Jörg Demus, and Vladimir Ashkenazy. He has won awards in many international competitions.

The event will take place in the museum's concert hall.
The program is suitable for ages 12 and above.
